1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the JackTrace website and participating in the Employee 50/50 Raffle Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or participate in the raffle.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the Employee 50/50 Raffle Draw is open exclusively to:

  • Current employees of Trent University (full-time and part-time)
  • Individuals who are at least 18 years of age
  • Employees who are residents of the Province of Ontario

Immediate family members of raffle administrators are not eligible to participate.

3. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes related to the Employee 50/50 Raffle Draw. You agree to use this website only for its intended purpose and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
  • Use the website to transmit harmful or malicious content
  • Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of JackTrace and Trent University. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

5. Raffle Participation

Participation in the raffle is governed by the Raffle Rules & Regulations. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by all raffle rules and accept the decisions of the raffle administrators as final.

7. Limitation of Liability
